Cristalla is a high rise condo building in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood at 2033 2nd Ave. Completed in 2005, Cristalla has 197 homes ranging from studios to three-bedrooms penthouses. Here’s our guide with everything you need to know about Cristalla!
One of the first condos built during Seattle's 2005-2010 boom, Cristalla was (and is) a preeminent downtown/Belltown address. The 23-story luxury high-rise condo was built at the site of the old Crystal Pool Natatorium designed by esteemed theatre architect B. Marcus Priteca. Originally built in 1906, the base of the Italian Renaissance building is a terra cotta facade. The grand lobby includes an elegant staircase and two-story water feature. Cristalla's studio-, one- and two-bedroom homes, as well as the penthouses, range in square footage from 420 to 2,800 square feet. All homes feature hardwood floors with carpeted bedrooms, creative spaces and captivating views.
