Graystone, the 271-unit 31-story condo building going up at 800 Columbia St is improving prices ahead of its completion this summer. In some of the examples below, pricing has been improved by 32%, wow!
Here are some examples of the new pricing:

- #615 – New price is $419,900. Old price was $601,900. 30% price cut.

- #610 – New price is $389,900. Old price was $573,900. 32% price cut.
