Where did the year go? That can only mean one thing: it’s time for our end-of-year fundraiser.
Our weekly real estate updates are truly a labor of love, and if you’re reading this, we’re guessing you enjoy them. Since the newsletter is free, this is our way of turning it into something that gives back. As a regular reader, we’d love your support for our annual fundraiser benefiting Mary’s Place, an organization that provides safe, inclusive shelter and critical services for women, children, and families on their journey out of homelessness.
Even a small donation goes a long way toward ensuring No Child Sleeps Outside, and we’ll match every donation, dollar for dollar. You can give via Facebook, or if you prefer to donate directly, just forward me your receipt and we’ll take care of the match. Last year, together, we raised over $5,000.
As for the real estate market… It’s about as quiet as you’d expect this time of year. That said, Alicia is writing an offer for a condo buyer today, Land is out touring townhomes, and we just helped a seller hand off the keys to their condo so they can start a new adventure overseas.
We’re especially excited for the Christmas Ships finale tonight, because tomorrow’s windstorm looks like no joke!
Happy holidays, and thank you for being part of our community.
